Real Music MK will be creative in order to introduce new ideas to the client. Organisation is important for keeping up with everyone’s questions and keeping track of the schedule of events. Your event will be highly organised in order to ensure that all eventualities are prepared for early in the event preparation. It is imperative that strong communication either in person, on the telephone or via email ensures up to date information is always available. We will work with you until you are comfortable that your event will run as smoothly as possible.
We understand that every event needs logistical elements added to it. Whether it be getting a stage to your event, or even musical instruments or staffing, will will ensure that everything you need to run your event arrives in the right place at the right time, on time. Whatever you need transported to whereever you need it to go, we will arrange this for you.
Any staging at your event will be managed by one of our experienced stage managers. The stage manager will communicate with the artists or speakers at your event to ensure flowing continuity between each act or speaker. Comperes are also available from Real Music MK.
Community centres, Hotels and Theatres are all examples of our venue contacts. Depending on the size of your event, will can source the right venue for you.
Though most corporate planning can be provided by our event coordination team, for Corporate event planning such as presentations or client hospitality, we will work directly with your vision to ensure your event is perceived the way you want it to be.
